We developed the Platinum site to support the various print publications distributed by the Group. It showcases news, articles and blogs across all five publications. Visitors can access digital versions of the current issues as well as subscribe. The site offers a clean and simple user interface which boasts a powerful search function for finding and sharing content, social media feeds, a blogging platform and an archive. The articles and blogs combine an elegant layout with smart ʼcontext awareʼ areas which trigger the relevant media at the correct point.
“Given the complexity of the Platinum site we approached the project from a number of angles and made sure we asked lots of questions early on. We needed to consider the site as a subscriber, partner and author. Each of these perspectives needed to be carefully considered and ultimately would help to enhance the overall user experience.”
