How it works

Firstly, we discuss your requirements for the coming period and the available budget you would like to allocate each month - even if it’s just an estimate. From this we create a plan that is comfortably affordable and suited to your needs. 

We recommend three month reviews in which we look at the resource together and check how it’s working for everyone. If you need more time each month we scale it up.  Alternatively if you’re not using all of your time or your budget has shrunk, we can scale it down.
